All the term and conditions shall apply to all transaction that made via this website. Access to, using the services available and placing an order products through this website are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By checking out an order you are deemed to have agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions, which may be updated, amended or terminated by the Farmasi Britain without advance notice. Pricing and Payment

1. All prices are subject to change without further notice.

2. Starting from 1st April 2015, all prices were included GST of 6%.

3. Delivery costs are not included in the prices.

4. We are responsible and consciously to ensure that all details and prices of products on this website are correct at the time of online publication. However, we reserve the right to correct any publishing errors on the website and cancel any order made at the incorrect prices.

5. We accept the following payment methods via Ipay88 gateway payment:

Products

1. Please note that the shades, shapes and colour of the product that showing in this website may have slightly different from the actual product. The image shown is for illustration purposes only.

2. Some of the products which may attach with free gifts are not shown in the image due to the changes of free gifts of some particular products from time to time.

3. A sudden of supply issues or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. If you have previously ordered the product (an unavailable or out of stock item), we will perform a FULL refund to you.

PROMO-CODES

1. Occasionally we may offer some promotional codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue.

2. Eligibility is based on the several requirements which will announce or published by Farmasi Britain at the time of issue.

3. The promotional codes shall be entered on the shopping cart page, and the appropriate or specific discount will be deducted from the cart total. However, the offers is solely for this website (online shopping) and it is not available in Farmasi Britain Shop unless otherwise specified.

4. If a refund is necessary for an order containing a promo code, the refund amount will match with the total amount after the promo code discount.

Delivery

1. We remind of your obligation that to ensure the accuracy when entering the delivery address for your order; especially where orders are addresses to a gift recipient. Farmasi Britain shall not responsible for any delivery failure or misdelivery. Request for refund of payment or delivery fees will not be entertained for this case.

2. Delivery times on the website relate to the delivery service and do not include dispatch time. Orders placed with available stocks ready to deliver within 24 hours (1 day) business days.

 

Delivery Within Malaysia and Overseas

1. Our courier service is provided by POS Malaysia, and the parcels is traceable at the corresponding link  http://www.pos.com.my/postal-services/quick-access/?track-trace. Should you need more information, please visit their official website at http://www.pos.com.my/

2. The expected delivery duration for all ready stock should be within 10 business days which only applicable for the recipients within Peninsular Malaysia whereas for East Malaysia should be within 3 weeks business days.

3. For international delivery, the expected delivery duration should be within 40 business days depending on the distance from your country to Malaysia.

3. Rarely a delay of delivery situation may results due to any events that are beyond our reasonable control.

4. All parcels are delivered using Registered Post Malaysia (PosDaftar) unless otherwise requested.

5. On rare occasions, we reserve the right to adjust delivery costs for large orders or bulky items. In this case, you will be contacted and asked to accept these charges before your order is dispatched. However, you may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

1. We always make sure all our product(s) are in good condition before packing and ready to dispatch. Therefore all goods sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable unless for the following condition:

- If the goods you have received are not the goods that you have ordered.

- If the goods you have ordered are out of stock

- If the goods you have received is defective (We will examine the returned product(s) and will notify you of our findings and confirm whether you are entitled to a refund on the grounds that the product was defective.)

Any events that falls into these condition or any other valid/specified reasons (will be into our consideration), you will be refunded in a full, including a refund of the original delivery charges charged to you provided that a receipt for or evidence of such costs is provided. However, you will be responsible for returning the item to us in its original condition and the delivery costs that incurred when returning the product(s) to us.

2. If you are requesting for a return, refund or exchange, please inform us by sending an email within 48 hours upon receiving your product(s). Any late response will not be entertained.
