Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

1. We always make sure all our product(s) are in good condition before packing and ready to dispatch. Therefore all goods sold are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable unless for the following condition:

- If the goods you have received are not the goods that you have ordered.

- If the goods you have ordered are out of stock

- If the goods you have received is defective (We will examine the returned product(s) and will notify you of our findings and confirm whether you are entitled to a refund on the grounds that the product was defective.)

Any events that falls into these condition or any other valid/specified reasons (will be into our consideration), you will be refunded in a full, including a refund of the original delivery charges charged to you provided that a receipt for or evidence of such costs is provided. However, you will be responsible for returning the item to us in its original condition and the delivery costs that incurred when returning the product(s) to us.

2. If you are requesting for a return, refund or exchange, please inform us by sending an email within 48 hours upon receiving your product(s). Any late response will not be entertained.
